I ran across this man's story this morning, his spiritual journey of healing and returning to what's important in life.

"music that can talk to people, their heart and their spirit...a lot of times the music comes from a different place...amazing grace comes from the heavens, a lot of this indian music comes from the same place...not really music, a medicine that must used and shared with the people, can make a big difference in their life toward healing" ~ Charles Littleleaf

He really is, isn't he? His life wasn't easy, but he finally figured it out and now he's at peace. Awesome. I would love to have one of his handmade flutes. I want to see how I'd do playing one, too. I play clarinet - so not too far from what I already know.

I have not played the vid yet. Too much real life gets in the way.

Anybody want two adult children, 6 cats, and one dog? Giggle

I have a friend that makes flutes from pvc pipe. Ugly as sin, but they play pretty well. He can even make them in a certain key.
