I loved his books. I had a short attention span as a kid; so short stories and poems were my favorites, his being the oh so creepiest. Smile

Loved Alfred. I'm thinking his daughter died a few years ago. She was named Pat and I think used her married name. She appeared in Strangers on a Train and Psycho, plus some of the TV series.

Okay...decided to look it up. She's happily living: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patricia_Hitchcock

I liked his hilarious lead-ins to a word from his sponsors.
